HYPALON TUBES MADE TO MEASURE
Is the tube on your RIB due for replacement?
Choose a full retube and restore your boat to top condition. We build custom-made Hypalon tubes and expertly fit them to your existing hull, giving your RIB a long-lasting second life.
We work with Hypalon from Pennel & Flipo ORCA,
the most durable material on the market, available in more than 30 colors.
Each tube is handcrafted, completely custom made, and precisely tailored to your hull, requirements, and usage.
We can dismantle your old tube, completely replicate it, and remount it,so the boat regains the same fit and appearance as when delivered, but in a new jacket.
Please note: retubing is particularly worthwhile for RIBs from approximately 5 meters.
Since each new tube is completely custom work and built only from Hypalon,
this option is particularly suitable for customers who choose durability, quality,
and a long lifespan of 20+ years.
We perform retubing for water sports companies, offshore organizations, rescue teams,
government services, and private individuals who want to professionally renew their boat.

For some brands, such as Zodiac and Grand, we can also supply original tubes directly from the factory and mount them for you.
REGISTRATION NUMBERS & LOGOS
MAKE YOUR BOAT UNIQUE
As a boat owner, you are required to apply a registration number to your inflatable boat or RIB. This number must be clearly visible on both sides of the boat when it is shorter than 20 meters
and can travel faster than 20 km/h.
We supply registration numbers made from high-quality Hypalon or PVC, according to official guidelines and in a contrasting color to the background.
The print is UV-resistant, wear-resistant, and remains beautiful for years, without coming loose or fading like a sticker would.
In addition to standard registration numbers, we also offer custom designs.
You can have your own logo, boat name, or design made in the font and color that match your boat.
Provide your file in svg, pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, dxf, ai, or bmp format and we will ensure a razor-sharp cut and a sleek custom finish.
You can choose to apply the registration number or logo yourself with our special adhesive,
or have it professionally done by us.
This gives every boat a personal and durable finish,
from subtle tender names to striking professional markings.
